Here’s the gist: - it’s a massive piping tip that creates a ring shape with a hole in the center - you have to cut off a couple inches of your piping bag because the tip is so large - it is only good for macarons when using a really sticky filling like meringue or marshmallow fluff, otherwise the filling will plop right off I use the Ateco flat cone sultan tip!
