Sapulpa Indian Education and the Sapulpa Native American Student Association (NASA) hosted a traditional Stomp Dance on Saturday night. The men sing while the women wear handmade skirts and shaker cans to maintain the rhythm of the dance. The Stomp Dance is a community gathering with spiritual and cultural significance, and each dance has a different meaning.
