Mango Ice Cream recipe Ingredients: 3 mangoes (1.5 cups puréed) 2 cups heavy whipping cream 1/2 cup condensed milk (more if you want it sweeter or if your mangoes are not ripe) 1 tsp vanilla Blend the mangoes to get a purée. Pour 2 cups of heavy whipping cream into a bowl and using a hand mixer, use high speed until medium peaks form. Add condensed milk, vanilla and mango purée. Mix again to combine everything together.
