The superb drama, written and directed by Jocelyn Moorhouse and starring Hugo Weaving and Russell Crowe was restored by the NFSA Restores program in 2016. NFSA Restores seeks to digitise, restore and preserve Australian films so they can be seen in today’s digital cinemas. You can see it tomorrow on the big screen as part of our Women Make Film series at the NFSA in Canberra at 2:30 PM. B
