Ok so lots of people are told push during childbirth like you’re having a massive p00p. OR - to make NO NOISE (did they tell you this?!) And while this is needed *sometimes*…for the most part this type of balloon breathing or open glottis pushing is much less tiring and much gentler on your pelvic floor and hemorrhoids if you have them from pregnancy and birth!
