The inflows for Fort Gibson are a little more than 137,000 cfs and the lake is 85% into its flood pool. Flood risk reduction is the first and the most significant benefit our lakes provide. In Tulsa District alone, billions of dollars in flood damages have been prevented by our structures and countless lives have been preserved because of the flood risk mitigation structures such as Fort G
