Chin up progressions with a bar :) You can use a lowered squat rack or a lebert bar like I'm using here www.nataliejillfitness.com/lebert Place your hands on the bar with palms facing you. With your body extended all the way out feet on the floor, pull your body up toward the bar and lower back down. Just the act of working towards this will progress your muscles towards a chin up!
