On Monday we performed Britten's Ceremony of Carols at a packed out St Paul's Church, Covent Garden. We were accompanied by the incredible Meriel Barclay on harp and the sound was phenomenal. After, we continued the concert with members of the Southend Chamber Orchestra accompanying a selection of carols and Christmas pieces. Our chamber group of older singers, Chorus Sirenum, sang a set of songs and many of the pieces were sung by the full complement of Southend Boys Choir, Southend Girls Choir
