It took me about 15 minutes to forage enough greens for 20 meat rabbits for the whole day… and people wonder how homesteaders cut feed costs. 🌱🐇 A lot of people are terrified to feed anything except pellets, but the truth is rabbits were designed to eat a wide variety of plants. We still use pellets, but adding fresh greens has saved us money, reduced waste, and honestly the rabbits prefer them most of the time anyway.
