600 people across 13 marching bands will perform at the 2018 Rose of Tralee International Festival this weekend, including Irish Thunder Pipes and Drums (Éireannach Toirneach) which is part of the AOH, Notre Dame Division 1 of Montgomery County, Pennsylvania, USA.
