Learn and teach the front handspring on floor to your gymnasts

My first Guinness World Record! Most back handsprings in 30 seconds. As you can see by the end I was very dizzy. What made this so special was the fact that just a few months before this I experienced my first mental block in gymnastics. I could not even do one back handspring. My reply was simple: Yes. I will double your record. I did 29 back handsprings in a bit over 4 minutes. It is always fun to do gymnastics elements and adding breath hold was a cool twist, especially on 10 m depth where it was a challenge to predict O2 levels and avoid shallow water BO. Very cool tra
