This is how I make bulgogi aka Korean marinated thinly sliced beef. I’m using thinly sliced chuck eye because I found some for 6.99 a pound at my local Korean market but you can also use thinly sliced ribeye, sirloin, etc. This is a very popular dish that can be found at almost every Korean restaurant.
