By far the easiest way I organize my banners! I use the app Trello. The visual is so helpful for me compared to just writing down the order. I put the final mockup in here with the size of the banner, date it’s needed, and contact info. This has made it so much easier for me to plan ahead. I saw another banner artist do this but I don’t remember who it was!!!!!
