Rocky Ford police officer suffers skull fracture during arrest. Adam Apocaca arrested for attack on police officer (ROCKY FORD, Colo.) — A Rocky Ford Police Department (RFPD) Officer who has been with the department a little under a year was injured during the arrest of a suspect in the overnight hours of Monday, Dec. 23, suffering a skull fracture.

On December 12, 2024 at approximately 1600 hours, Officers with the Granada / Holly Law Enforcement Agency contacted a vehicle in the 200 block of South 2nd Street, in Holly in reference to the occupants of the vehicle having multiple warrants.
