Xfinity Stream App Just Stopped working on Roku Streaming Stick
Jul 29, 2024 · I've confirmed that the Roku stick is using my home WiFi connection. I've rebooted the Roku, logged out of the Xfinity Stream App and logged back in, removed the Xfinity Stream App and added it back to the Roku, and rebooted my modem. None of these steps fixed the issue.

May 13, 2024 · Hello, I am new to the Xfinity Stream App. We recently signed up for Xfinity Stream. We have one box for our main tv, and downloaded the Xfinity Stream app on our other tv's that have Roku on them. We can access the Live TV Xfinity Stream guide on our main tv, but not on the Roku tv's.

Aug 23, 2024 · If you have a charge on your bill for the service your not able to use then we would be more then happy to credit you so your not paying for services your not getting but the Stream App is not a services you pay for so no credit would be warranted. The stream app was still accessible on other devices and all your content was available.

I went to live tv from the stream app but It only shows to go channels. the list of channels from the tv app and my mobile app and inside tv are different from the roku tv app. how do I get my new tv with the app to show me all of my channels. trying to watch history channel or discovery but it won't show up. they show up on my tablet and phone

Feb 26, 2022 · I recently downloaded Xfinity Stream on my Roku Streaming Stick 4K. Everything looked fine so I returned my tv box to the xfinity store. That same night all of the hd channels were gone from the guide and channels in the app were displayed in SD with the picture centered to the screen and a wide border all around it.

Oct 15, 2024 · I use the Xfinity Stream app on several devices, mostly Roku TV's and some streaming sticks. It's an excellent service and my favorite since I don't need to install coaxial cable! I would love to investigate the issue for us and help resolve the issue for the Xfinity Stream app not working. Are you using a Roku stick or TV?

Sep 28, 2023 · Been going on over 2 weeks now on 2 different Roku's that I've never had issues on before. Tried uninstall/reinstall, restart, active, etc. Restarted modem, changed channels from 5.0 to 2.4 all exactly the same result. I have 4 Roku's and 4 TV boxes. Fairly recently updated modem/router. Plan speed sufficient.
