Two Kentucky police officers and one former officer were indicted Tuesday on civil rights violations while acting as troopers.

A federal district court judge will determine any sentence after considering the sentencing guidelines and other statutory factors.

On Tuesday, the Department of Justice announced federal charges against Thomas Czartorski, James Cameron Wright and Jarrod Lewis.
