Pueblo police are investigating a Thursday morning double shooting and homicide, according to a recent news release.

Eric Anthony Tress, 34, and Justin Lee Sapeda, 36, were found dead on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day respectively.

David Modesto Trujillo, 45, has been identified as Pueblo's 20th homicide victim of 2024, according to the Pueblo County coroner. Trujillo was one of two men shot in the early morning of Dec. 26.
