CINCINNATI — Bengals quarterback Joe Burrow will play on Thursday night against the Ravens, just 69 days after undergoing surgery on his left big toe. The 28-year-old suffered a grade 3 turf toe injury. He was expected to be out until mid-December. Some thought he'd miss the entire season. Burrow never felt that way.
“I’m not gonna ever go to somebody and say ‘I’m healthy, but I don’t think I should go out there and play,’” Burrow said. “That doesn’t make a lot of sense to me. I’m not gonna live my life and play this game, scared of something happening. Yeah, something’s gonna happen. It’s football.”

After the news, Burrow took to social media to react. "He's back," Burrow said on top of a photo of him sporting LeBron James' Cleveland Cavaliers jersey as a high schooler in Athens, Ohio. Burrow wore the jersey to celebrate James' return to Cleveland in 2014.
Flacco (shoulder/finger) was estimated as a limited participant on Monday's practice report, Jay Morrison of SI.com reports. The Bengals didn't actually practice Monday but were required to release an injury report ahead of Thursday night's game against the Ravens.
