Local family honors Hayden Martinez, young man who died in crash Sunday The 25-year-old was killed in a crash near Iola early Sunday morning.

Hayden Martinez, 25, of Iola was killed in the crash. He was a passenger in the truck. DPS said their investigation revealed the driver of the Silverado had been drinking before the crash.

Martinez posted a game-high 14 points in the win, hitting five field goals — two of which were 3-pointers — and two free throws. Hayden Comeay added on 10 points, while Alivia Patch had eight.
