Qatar's prime minister on Sunday called on Israel and Hamas to immediately begin negotiating phase two of the Gaza ceasefire, adding that there is no clear plan for when talks will begin.

Qatar's Prime Minister Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman Al Thani announced efforts to mediate talks between Israel and Hamas for the next phase of the Gaza ceasefire. Discussions are expected soon and aim to secure a permanent ceasefire,

Meanwhile, the discussions placed special focus on Syria’s transitional phase following the fall of the Bashar Al-Assad regime late last year. Qatar’s Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs,
