The European Union foreign policy chief, Kaja Kallas, has said that Russian President, Vladimir Putin has no interest in peace. According to her, Russian “relentless” drone and missile attacks meant that Putin had no peace in mind even as talks to possibly end the war are underway.

Russia’s latest attacks on Ukraine show that Russian President Vladimir Putin does not want peace. Europe must strengthen its military support for Ukraine, according to Kaja Kallas, EU High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy,

Kaja Kallas, the head of EU diplomacy, expressed her concerns about Russia's actions, emphasising that Vladimir Putin is not interested in peace. On Saturday, Kallas commented on the recent Russian attacks on Ukraine that occurred in the past few hours on platform X.

Meanwhile, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has said that his country is “continuously” working with its partners, including the US and Saudi Arabia, to strengthen security and advance peace efforts with Russia.

Kaja Kallas, High Representative of the European Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy, has said that Russia's recent missile strikes on Ukraine demonstrate Russian leader Vladimir Putin's lack of desire for peace.

Putin has flatly rejected Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy’s peace proposals, which include a full Russian withdrawal and security guarantees for Ukraine. Instead, the Kremlin insists that any negotiations must accommodate Russia’s territorial claims.
