Jodi Hildebrandt, the YouTuber convicted of child abuse in relation to influencer Ruby Franke, is back in the news as she files to recall her guilty plea.

Jodi Hildebrandt, a former Utah mental health counselor and the ex-business partner of YouTube vlogger Ruby Franke, pleaded guilty to four counts of aggravated child abuse Wednesday in a Utah court.

Franke also pleaded guilty to four of her six charges and not guilty to two at a Dec. 18 hearing. Each charge carries a prison sentence of one to 15 years, which could run consecutively.
