Despite the Three Rivers Festival 2025 being canceled, organizers of the annual Chalk Walk and Lawton Park Flea Market say they plan to move forward as planned.

Officials tell ABC13 they haven't ruled out electrical failure. They say they're looking into potential issues with cooking appliances, heating equipment, and poor wiring.
