Terry McLaurin requested a trade from the Washington Commanders earlier this week. According to Commanders head coach Dan Quinn, McLaurin let him know about the request personally before the news broke.

Washington Commanders WR Terry McLaurin raised eyebrows around the NFL after video of an interaction with owner Josh Harris spread online.

McLaurin, who turns 30 in September, is entering the final season of a three-year, $68.4 million deal. On the wide receiver front, superstar Ja'Marr Chase signed a four-year, $161 million extension with the Cincinnati Bengals in March, while Garrett Wilson signed a four-year, $130 million extension with the New York Jets in July.
