The Pittsburgh Steelers will host the Buffalo Bills without the services of an offensive and defensive starter in Week 13

Ahead of the Steelers' Week 13 matchup vs. the Bills, Buffalo has signed veteran, six-time 1,000-yard WR Brandin Cooks.

The Pittsburgh Steelers have already ruled out two starters for the Week 13 game against the Buffalo Bills in left tackle Broderick Jones and defensive lineman Derrick Harmon.

Pittsburgh Steelers quarterback Aaron Rodgers is trending toward a return on SUnday. Steelers head coach Mike Tomlin told reporters on Tuesday that he has "great optimism" that Rodgers will be able to play in Sunday's game against the Buffalo Bills amid his recovery from a wrist injury.

He got to his feet and walked into the locker room with a trainer holding his right arm.

The Bills just don’t have a great team — the roster is flawed, the defense struggles, and they really don’t have a clear-cut go-to weapon on offense, so Buffalo isn’t a Super Bowl team and should again find themselves on the couch in late January.

The Buffalo Bills are in dangerous territory when it comes to the AFC playoff picture, with a game against the Pittsburgh Steelers next Sunday looking like a consequential matchup for the conference's standings.
