The facility focuses on individuals with mental illness or substance use disorders. During a walkthrough, Stein said lawmakers in Raleigh need to fund Medicaid.
Stein urged federal agents to focus on “violent criminals, not neighbors walking down the street, going to church, or putting up Christmas decorations.”
