Liverpool have reaffirmed their desire to keep Luis Diaz by rebuffing an approach from Bayern Munich. The German champions are the second European superclub to express an interest in the Colombian international this summer after Barcelona were informed the 28-year-old is not for sale.

Liverpool’s unwillingness to sell Luis Díaz saw Barcelona divert their attention to Nico Williams, but interest in the winger persists from Bayern Munich.

Bayern Munich have reportedly seen a bid for Luis Diaz rejected by Liverpool after joining the race to land the Colombia international. Barcelona initially made Diaz their top transfer target this summer, before switching to Nico Williams, and also had an offer rejected by the Reds.
