Mudslide Sends Forestville Home Into Russian River Tuesday Afternoon
A mudslide in Forestville sent a home into the Russian River on Tuesday afternoon. The Sonoma County Sheriff's Office received a report at approximately 12:30 p.m. of a mudslide near the intersection of Westside and Rio Vista roads in Forestville. The home that slid into the river was unoccupied. The slide occurred near Hacienda Bridge.
