Alicia Silverstone is set to reprise her most famous role as Cher Horowitz in a Clueless reboot in the works at Peacock. In a new interview, Silverstone talked about her excitement about playing the character over 30 years later.

Loosely based on Jane Austen's 1815 novel Emma, the film became a massive success and achieved a cult following over the years. It led to an eponymous spin-off TV series which aired three seasons on ABC and UPN between 1996 and 199.

And CBS TV Studios was also behind the late-1990s Clueless TV show. There’s no word yet on when we’ll be able to watch the Clueless reboot, but as if we would miss it when it premieres.
