The DeKalb County Department of Watershed Management are reporting a 10-inch broken water main on Glendale Avenue in Decatur.
DeKalb Watershed officials said the water main break happened along Glendale Avenue in the Glennwood Estates neighborhood off E Ponce de Leon Avenue.
The Waverly Village Council declared a state of emergency on Monday, directing residents not to use water for any purpose.
