Visitors on Bourbon Street in New Orleans French Quarter pointed to intersections lined with barricades and armed officers while walking down one of the city's most traveled thoroughfares.
NOPD Supt. Kirkpatrick said about 2,000 officers will be on duty during Super Bowl week. More restrictions Downtown will occur as tourists come in the city.
