Joel Farabee saved his best game of his young Calgary Flames career for the end of a gruelling six-game road trip that saw his club take on several Stanley Cup contenders. The Flames ended the trip with a tough 3-2 overtime loss to a Dallas Stars team on Thursday night.

Farabee scored a goal on two shots, added two PIM and went plus-2 in Thursday's 3-2 overtime loss to the Stars. Farabee endured an eight-game point drought following his Feb. 4 goal. The 25-year-old spent much of that time on the third line but has since been promoted to play with Mikael Backlund and Blake Coleman.
Morgan Frost was dealing with a migraine when the trade went down. He had to leave that game early because of vision issues, was at home with the lights off. Joel Farabee said guys went to Owen Tippett’s house after the game for some drinks and to share memories.
