Utah’s Clayton Keller exits in 2nd period against Jets

The Utah Hockey Club captain had taken a puck to the face after Michael Kesselring's shot deflected off a Winnipeg Jet and beelined right above his right eye. About 20 minutes and 12 stitches later, he was in front of the net as the Hockey Club scored its first goal of a 5-2 win over the West-leading Winnipeg Jets.

Logan Cooley doubled Utah's lead with 17.9 seconds remaining in the second period. The marker was Cooley's fourth goal in as many games. Utah made life very difficult for the Jets, limiting them to just six shots in the middle frame and taking 10 of their own.
