The National Weather Service predicts below zero lows for Tuesday night, but relief is on the horizon later in the week.

CLEVELAND, Ohio - Bitterly cold weather will again dominate the region on Wednesday. The National Weather Service is calling for highs to top out around 13 degrees tomorrow with dangerous, sub-zero wind chill values also expected.

Many school districts around north central Ohio have canceled classes including districts in Richland and Ashland counties.

The National Weather Service said a repair part is on the way from Kansas City, but its delivery was slowed by the recent winter storm.

During this advisory, snow accumulations between three and six inches are possible. In Cuyahoga County, the greatest accumulations will be across the eastern half of the county.

Weather Advisory encompasses Ashtabula, Cuyahoga, Geauga and Lake counties and will remain in effect through 10 a.m. on Monday.

National Weather Service Cleveland predicts snow and slick conditions in Northeast Ohio, with lake-effect accumulations and an arctic front approaching.

Cleveland has closed city hall after the National Weather Service issued a cold weather advisory. Temperatures are expected to go below zero, and wind chills could reach -24 degrees.
