An Indiana coffee roasting company has sued a Cleveland coffee shop over accusations of trademark infringement after a video went viral online.
According to the U.S. Marshals Service, Carlos Banks, 28, was shot and killed on the 5100 block of Broadway Avenue in Cleveland at 4 a.m. on Dec. 29. Banks was an up-and-coming rapper who performed under the name KashBankx.
