President Donald Trump says the United States and India are still negotiating on trade despite new tariffs slated to begin in a few days.

India's annual oil import bill could rise by USD 9-11 billion if the country is compelled to move away from Russian crude in response to US threats of additional tariffs or penalties on Indian exports,

The president also touted agreements over hundreds of billions of dollars in foreign investment into the United States.
