Sam Landry came up clutch, retiring the heart of the Texas Longhorns’ order in the top of the seventh to seal the win and the series sweep with a 9-8 win for the OU softball team.

The Sooners threw away an eight-run lead before Isabella Emerling put OU back in front in the sixth to sweep the Longhorns.

In front of a record crowd, Ailana Agbayani hit a grand slam and Sam Landry grinded out a victory over Texas in the series opener.
