Portland police have identified the man killed in downtown Portland Sunday. Taylor Ritter, 20, died of a gunshot wound, the Portland Police Bureau said Wednesday. The Medical Examiner’s Office ruled his death a homicide. Ritter, who was from Gresham, was found dead around 4:20 a.m. in a parking lot in the 300 block of Southwest 3rd Avenue.
