Dr. Christina Propst, a Houston-based pediatrician, was fired from her job at Blue Fish Pediatrics for allegedly sharing a now-deleted Facebook post that the victims of the floods who backed Trump "got what they voted for."

The Texas Rangers organization and its partners plan to provide $1 million toward the short-term and long-term Central Texas flood relief efforts, the team announced Monday. The Rangers join a list of several in-state professional sports teams that have announced donations in the wake of this past weekend’s flood.
