Below zero temps and wind chills continue

Snow will come to an end this morning from west to east, leaving a lull in the activity with mostly cloudy skies. Another round of light snow will move through later this afternoon.

The National Weather Service has issued an extreme cold warning for all of southeast Wisconsin, followed by a cold weather advisory.
