Winter storm brings mix of snow and rain to parts of NY, NJ
Warren County, New Jersey, along with Berks, Lehigh and Northampton counties in Pennsylvania, remains under an advisory until 1 p.m., with 1 to 3 inches of snow, up to 4 inches in elevated terrain, and minor icing anticipated.
Several inches of snow are expected to fall on Dec. 2 in the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic, with freezing rain and iced-over roads in some areas.
Roads, particularly across bridges and overpasses, are expected to become slippery, making travel “difficult to impossible."
