FBI has arrested a fugitive on the list of the 10 most wanted -- Alejandro Rosales Castillo -- and returned him to North Carolina.
WASHINGTON (TNND) — The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) said the agency arrested a man who has been a Ten Most Wanted Fugitive for nearly a decade. FBI Director Kash Patel on Saturday said Alejandro Rosales Castillo was taken into custody in Mexico a day prior.
"For more than nine years, he lived a normal life, likely believing he would never be captured, but our experienced investigators never gave up the hunt for justice."
The FBI’s arrest of long-hunted drug kingpin and former Olympic snowboarder Ryan Wedding marks the sixth top-10 most wanted fugitive captured by the bureau under President Trump — capping a “historic” year at the agency,
Alejandro Rosales Castillo, a U.S. citizen, entered Mexico shortly after he allegedly murdered his co-worker and former girlfriend in August 2016.
A case of art imitating life.
