Iga Swiatek reached the fourth round of Wimbledon for just the third time with a thumping victory over Danielle Collins after former champion Elena Rybakina was unable to weather the storm as she slipped out following a rain-delayed defeat to 22-year-old Dane Clara Tauson.

THE ALL ENGLAND CLUB, LONDON — 19 minutes after rain fell on No. 2 Court for the second time, Clara Tauson stepped up to the line to serve against a former Wimbledon champion at 4-2, 40-30 in the second set. Having held all the momentum for most of the match, the Dane again had to summon it anew after a delay.

No. 23 seed Clara Tauson of Denmark moved into the fourth round at Wimbledon with a 7-6 (6), 6-3 upset Saturday over former champion and No. 11 seed Elena Rybakina of Kazakhstan.
