The dollar was little changed against a basket of currencies as trade remained thin due to Thursday’s U.S. Thanksgiving holiday.

Medium- and long-dated Treasury yields were expected to rise over the medium term, influenced by how the U.S. finances increased fiscal spending, Franklin Templeton said.
