A woman was slashed on the subway in the Financial District, and police say it was the second knife attack in two days.

A 29-year-old woman was slashed multiple times on a subway in the Financial District by a knife-wielding man who stole her phone before fleeing the scene, authorities say. Police say the woman was on a northbound 3 train at the Wall Street station just after 11 p.
