Since taking over as the head coach at Ohio State, Ryan Day has received more than his fair share of criticism, with those critics often pointing out he inherited a strong program and that he has struggled to win big games.

Howard and head coach Ryan Day were on a golf cart when the driver misjudged the turn and drove it straight into a wall. Both Day and Howard were okay but quickly exited the golf cart. The embarrassed driver apologized profusely but that was the end of her assignment as coach and QB chose to walk.

Even as many Ohio State fans turned on Ryan Day, his players never wavered in their support of the coach who would lead them to the national title.
