Officials have identified the three people killed in a shooting outside a Reno casino on Monday. The shooter was also identified, and his motive in the shooting remains unclear.

The gunman shot five people at a valet area, fired at a resort security guard, who wasn’t injured, and then fatally shot someone driving by before police shot him, authorities said.
