Eagles DB Cooper DeJean, the subject of a viral parody about his position, will take reps at safety in training camp.
Ringo is a candidate for the starting cornerback job opposite of Quinyon Mitchell, and had the majority of the first-team reps at outside cornerback when the Eagles were in nickel defense (which Philadelphia runs a majority of the time). The first impression wasn't ideal.

Marshall, who signed with the Eagles in the offseason on a one-year deal, beat third-year cornerback Kelee Ringo twice in Wednesday's practice at the NovaCare Complex in South Philly. One of those plays was on a go ball down the sideline on a throw by Eagles backup quarterback Tanner McKee.
Though this probably means little this early, there was one notable blip on the Eagles depth chart during the first day of camp practice.
