The Philadelphia Phillies acquired left-handed pitcher Jesús Luzardo and catcher Paul McIntosh from the Miami Marlins, the team announced Sunday.

The Phillies gave up talent but it is a trade every contender should make given Luzardo helps them now and the prospects are years away.
