The Dallas Cowboys are looking for a new head coach after parting ways with Mike McCarthy. And an old friend could be on their radar, with Philadelphia Eagles offensive coordinator Kellen Moore, who once held the same role for Dallas under McCarthy,

Moore, 36, has strong ties to the Cowboys' organization. He played in Dallas as a backup quarterback from 2015 to 2017. In 2018, he joined the coaching staff as the quarterbacks coach. He was promoted to offensive coordinator in 2019 and held that position until the end of the 2022 season.

Eagles offensive coordinator Kellen Moore was once believed to be the next in line in Dallas dating back to the Jason Garrett era. But after the Cowboys decided to go with Mike McCarthy (and later get rid of him) Moore took his talents to LA and Philly.
